Hello Again....Sorry I've been gone for over a year!

Sorry to have been away for so long. I have no excuses....not really. I'll try to do better. I do much better on Facebook since I can update it from my phone.

At Thanksgiving, John and Family made the big trip to TN. We took this opportunity to get some awesome pictures in Franklin. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

Boxing Class

Emily and Michael have been

taking a boxing/workout class

with the guy I've been training

with. Daniel is great with the

kids. Here are some photos of

Girl's Weekend 2009

On Sunday Jennifer and I got

to go to the Flamingo. The birds

were really interesting. They

had lots of different, exotic

cranes, ducks and of course...

inside the lobby in front of the

pyramid within the pyramid.

This lovely lady was at the

lion habitat in the MGM Grand

casino. It was definitely naptime!

Cub Scouts

Michael joined Cub Scouts

this year. First grade is the

earliest a boy can join. This

was his Tiger Cub year. The

following pictures are just a

few from the many events

this year! Cheese!

This is a picture that

Emily took for me. Michael

just received his Tiger Cub

badge for completing all

the requirements. Yeah

for Michael!

The guys were singing

"Lean On Me" and were

acting out the words.

On Abe Lincoln's actual
birthday we had an
impersonator come and
speak. He was very
good and at a later
meeting we made a
scrapbook page to
remember it!

Baseball season is here!!!!!

Michael is playing baseball again

this spring. He is on the Red

Sox in the 7-8 year old league.

This league is getting more

serious. We actually keep

score, strike out and can

be thrown out at the bases.

Michael actually struck

out at his first at bat. He

didn't handle it to well.

Made it to base at his
second at bat.

Once more at the plate.

And two players later...score!!!!!


Michael volunteered to
play catcher one inning
The equipment is bigger
than he is!

Team rally at the end of the
game. The Red Sox lost
close one, had lots of fun
and are looking forward to
the next game!

Radnor Lake Hike

One of Michael's requirements

for earning his Tiger Cub

badge was to go on a hike with

his den. We scheduled a hike,

but only we showed up. Even

though it was only the 3 of us,

it was lots of fun! First wildflowers blooming

at Radnor.

It is a the middle of a

residential area. Quite a

haven from the hustle and

bustle of city life.
