Sunday we went to
downtown Franklin for
their annual "A Dicken's
of a Christmas" festival.
People walk around all
dressed up in Victorian
clothing and can buy
hot roasted chestnuts etc.
One of the many characterswalking up and down the
street. She had lollipops for
all the kids. Michael and
Emily couldn't wait to go
and see her!
Emily and Michael were
both given a penny from
Scrooge. Wow....big spender!

That guy reminds me of Mr. Dawes, Sr. from Mary Poppins! He had some wise words about saving your TUPPENCE!
